1. Project Details
- Siddhi Aspire is a premium residential development featuring thoughtfully designed 1 & 2 BHK residences located in Ambegaon Budruk, Pune.
- All information provided in brochures, websites, and marketing materials is for general guidance only and does not constitute a legal offer or contract.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices mentioned are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
- Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and shall be binding as per the executed agreement.
- All payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule in the booking form and the Agreement for Sale.
3. Unit Allotment
- Unit allotment will be confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount and execution of the booking form.
- The developers reserve the right to cancel the provisional allotment if payment terms are not adhered to.
4. Possession & Delivery
- The possession date is scheduled to commence from June 2028 onwards and will be as per the Agreement for Sale, subject to extensions as permitted under RERA or due to force majeure events.
- Any request for early possession will be at the sole discretion of the developers.
5. Modifications & Specifications
- The developers reserve the right to make minor alterations in design, specifications, or layout without prior notice, provided such changes are in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Amenities & Facilities
- All common amenities and facilities (including rooftop zone, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.) will be provided as per the sanctioned plans and specifications mentioned in the Agreement for Sale.
- The developers are not responsible for delays or unavailability of certain facilities due to reasons beyond their control.
7. Statutory Approvals & Compliance
- All statutory approvals, licenses, and permissions are obtained or will be obtained as per applicable laws including PMC approvals.
- Purchasers are encouraged to verify project details on the official MahaRERA website using registration number PR1260002500717.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be subject to the terms mentioned in the booking form and the Agreement for Sale, in compliance with RERA regulations.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges as per regulatory guidelines.
9. Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
